To be eligible for this offer you must be at least 21 years of age. Rebates are valid for rideshare and food delivery companies such as Uber, Lyft, Uber Eats or Grub Hub. Rebate amount is for the actual base fare/ food portion only and does not include tips, gratuities, tolls, surcharges, fees, trip charges or any other charges of a personal nature.

A. Only one rebate offer per household may be redeemed within an eighteen (18) month period. Activated vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any of your selected rideshare/delivery company’s promotional offers.

B. There are no refunds for any unused portion of the offer.

C. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Not valid for distributors, employees of distributors. Do not rely on oral representations. My Rideshare Rebate is only responsible for the terms and conditions as stated in this offer. Only authorized sponsors may distribute this program. This certificate cannot be resold or copied.

My Rideshare Rebate and it’s sponsors do not accept responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of personal injury, accident, death, loss, damage or delay of luggage or other property. Delay, inconvenience, denial of use by the rideshare company, any acts of God, terrorism, or any circumstances beyond its control which may cause the use of the rebate to become unavailable is not the responsibility of My Rideshare Rebate.

F. Any violation of these terms and conditions of this promotional offer will result in the offer becoming null and void.
